FAQs

  • Please be at the pool at least 5-10 minutes before your lessons are scheduled to begin. If a child is late for a lesson, the time is taken out of their 30-minute lesson.

  • It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to know their pool’s policy regarding visitor’s and swim lessons. Should we arrive and the lessons cannot take place, only a partial refund will be given.

  • Please ensure all children are already wearing their bathing suits and have sunscreen applied before lessons are to begin. Please bring a water bottle, towel, and shoes to the pool for your child.

  • A reminder email will be sent to you the week before your child’s lessons begin. This email will also include the instructor’s name, bio, and phone number, as well as a list of what to pack for your child for lessons each day.

  • Lessons canceled due to inclement weather will be rescheduled by Miss Maddie. She will reach out to all parents to inform them of any weather-related cancellations no later than an hour before the lesson begins and will work with parents to schedule the make-up lesson. Please note that make-up lessons are not guaranteed to be at the same time as the originally scheduled lesson.

  • Only children who miss a lesson with a doctor’s note will be able to make up their lesson at another time. Parents will work with Miss Maddie to schedule make-up lessons.

  • Payment is due immediately at registration. At this time, we are only accepting payments through the online registration form. A credit and/or debit card may be used to complete the transaction. Cash and checks will no longer be accepted for payment. Full payment must be received online in order for your spot to be reserved.

  • Each child required their own registration form and payment. If you are interested in registering more than one child please reach out to Miss Maddie for the sibling discount code to use at checkout.

  • To get the discount code please email missmaddiesswimschool@gmail.com or call 678-538-7787 and the code will be sent to you.

  • If you are looking to cancel your registration, send us an email at missmaddiesswimschool@gmail.com and we will cancel your registration. No refunds will be issued. Sales are final.
